- Photos you choose to capture or select for analysis.
- Measurement preferences, including metric or imperial units.
- Selected scanner type, such as weight, measurements, calories, plants, translation, or object counting.

How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve ScaleSnap, provide app features, process photos you choose to analyze, remember your measurement preferences, display results, maintain scan history, provide customer support, troubleshoot errors, protect against misuse, and manage purchases or subscriptions.
We may work with analytics and diagnostics providers to help us understand how ScaleSnap is being used, such as feature usage, app performance, and crash reports. This helps us make the ScaleSnap experience better.

We do not require you to provide more information than is reasonably necessary to use ScaleSnap. However, some features may not function if camera, photo library, network, or purchase-related permissions are unavailable.
Photos And Camera Access
ScaleSnap uses your camera and photo library only with your permission. You may use the camera to capture a photo or choose an existing image from your library. These images are used to provide the analysis or measurement feature you request, such as estimating weight, dimensions, calories, plant identity, translation, or object count.
You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings. If permissions are disabled, camera capture or gallery selection may not be available.
Measurement Results And Scan History
ScaleSnap may store scan results and related images on your device so you can review previous results in scan history. You can remove app data by deleting the app or using available in-app controls where provided.
ScaleSnap results are estimates generated from photos and should not be treated as certified measurements, medical nutrition advice, legal advice, safety-critical information, or professional advice.
Children's Privacy
We do not use ScaleSnap to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at softskytechnologiesx@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our application.
